La Mortella Gardens
In Forio, in the western part of the island of Ischia, you can visit the enchanting La Mortella Gardens, created by Lady Susan Walton and Sir William Walton.
A journey to discover a wide collection of rare Mediterranean and exotic plants, with three stunning tropical greenhouses: the ‘Victoria House‘, where Victoria amazonica is grown, the Orchid Greenhouse and the Temple of the Sun. Guests will also be able to enjoy the Sala Thai, a quiet place for meditation immersed in a dreamlike oriental atmosphere.
In summer, every Thursday evening, you can also attend the Symphonic Music concerts which take place in the suggestive Greek Theatre.

Giardini Ravino
Lovers of succulents should not miss the dazzling Giardini Ravino, a rare example of eco-sustainability with the aim of safeguarding the natural heritage of the island of Ischia. An acclimatization botanical park, which brings together in 6,000 m2 the largest and most varied European collection of succulent plants, put together by Giuseppe D’Ambra in over fifty years of passion, which is enriched with new specimens every year. All framed by the lush Mediterranean scrub of the green island.
