A Falanghina obtained with a particular production method from the organic farming company Tenuta del Cannavale which, since the beginning, has raised particular attention to the environment, the sustainability and the protection of biodiversity, in other words, its cornerstones.

According to the biodynamic farming method, the fertility and vitality of the soil must be obtained by natural means. By increasing biological activity, plants grow naturally, nourished by the soil ecosystem.

Here winemaking has unique characteristics: speed of fermentation and resolution of sugars, spontaneous clarification, thermal insulation, oxygenation capacity and low dispersion of matter. All properties that combine seamlessly with the postulates of biodynamics, linked to the continuity between fruit, plant and soil, as part of an ecosystem that provides the essential resources for vine farming without the use of chemical fertilizers.

So, without further ado, it is time to fill the glasses and taste the result of so much effort and commitment, both physical and ethical.
